Shipping and Return Information
We can ship to any address in the world. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Delivery Lead Times
Please note that by completing a purchase on galvanicsupply.com, you are acknowledging and accepting the shipping and delivery lead times advertised on the website (Products usually Ships Within 5 to 7 Business Days), in addition to any additional shipping/delivery timelines incurred from our common carriers. Products that are assembled/made to order or custom-made are sourced directly from the manufacturer.
Delivery Restrictions
- We are not able to ship to PO Boxes, AFO/DPO/FPO Boxes.
- International shipments are limited; please email or call Customer Service in advance prior to ordering. This is to ensure that we can ship to your country.
Shipping Methods and Claims
Galvanic Supply uses UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS to ship most products. Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with both the shipping carrier and Galvanic Supply within 3 business days of delivery of the missed delivery date. Claims filed after this time frame may not be honored.
Return Information
We accept returns on refundable* items up to thirty (30) days after delivery. In order for us to be able to accept your return, your merchandise must be new and unused. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns will be subject to a 20% handling, inspection, and restocking fee.
*All non-returnable, non-refundable, custom, made-to-order, modified, and/or configured items are considered final sale.
If the return is the result of our error (for example: you received a different item than ordered, if the item is defective, etc.), we will cover the shipping costs.
If you ordered & received the wrong item or have changed your mind about your purchase, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
How to Return An Item
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA/RGA (Return Material/Goods Authorization) Number. Please Contact our customer service department at to receive your RMA Number prior to sending your package.
All returns should include:
- A copy of your original invoice/receipt
- The original manufacturer’s packaging
- The RMA/RGA number prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping box
